The SK200-001 Energy Management Kit is a stand-alone system for controlling HVAC units based on occupancy detection.
Included in this system:
| SD200-001 | Master Sensor & Controller (Motion-based). The SD200-001 consists of a high sensitivity passive infrared (PIR) motion sensor and microprocessor with intelligent logic control software in an aesthetically pleasing housing. It should be mounted on the wall or ceiling (corner mount recommended) to detect human presence by sensing the movement of body heat energy. In addition to this, it also provides various operation settings and component connections of the system. To avoid the room becoming too hot or too cold during an unoccupied period (which would require excessive time and energy to cool down or warm up), the SD200-001 features high and low temperature limiting. The HVAC unit is activated if the room exceeds the set range. |
| SE200-001 | Door Switch: To be recess mounted on the frame of entry door. It will report open/closed status of the door. Once the door is opened, the system will enter into a "standby" mode while attempting to detect human presence. If motion is detected, the SD200-001 (Master Sensor & Controller) will verify the room as "occupied," and allow for the HVAC unit to operate. |
| SF200-001 | Power Pack: This provides 24 VDC power supply for the SD200-001 and also controls the operation of the HVAC unit. |
